Peculiarities of transformation of metastable austenite into deformation martensite during laser cladding with cored wire 60Cr7TiAl

چکیده

Fe-Cr-C-T-Al flux-cored wire surfacing was performed by laser, arc and hybrid methods. Laboratory tests have shown that the deposited layers vary greatly in terms of wear resistance. To identify reasons, studies were carried out using metallographic, X-ray structural durometric The analysis research results showed reason is difference cooling rates metal range 1100-800 K. This leads to possibility formation a metastable austenitic structure, which, turn, affects resistance layers.
